You may link to our website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Liability

Sea Church shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of our website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither Sea nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

Payment

By making a payment you are offering to purchase tickets on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

The ticket transaction occurs between the event promoter, Sea Church, and the ticket buyer. In order to contract with Sea Church you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or paypal account.If your order is accepted, Sea Church will inform you by email, and Sea Church will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. Where a contract is made with a third party is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the payment which they supply you. When making a payment for a ticket or tickets you undertake that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card / paypal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Cancellation and Returns

Refunds will only be processed in the event that the venue, Sea Church, is at fault – for example, if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

All booking fees are nonrefundable. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive email notification once said refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to appear in your account before contacting the venue.

In terms of COVID-19 – refunds will only be processed if the restrictions force us to reduce capacity or cancel the event entirely. Otherwise, if you have purchased tickets and the event is still scheduled to go ahead – your purchase will not be refunded.

Contract 

When you pay for your tickets, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract with Sea Church will not be formed until Sea Church has sent you confirmation by e-mail that the payment you made has been transferred.

Law and Jurisdiction

A contract under these terms and conditions shall be governed by in accordance with the Irish Law. Any disputes relating to a contract under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
