Ensemble Quotes:

“We are honored to share the music of the maestro and we look forward to sharing some of his lesser-known gems that will make you want to revisit his movies.”Annalisa Monticelli, Pianist.

“It’s a very special concert with a wonderful taster of so much of Morricone’s greats. It’s not every day a violist gets to play music from a spaghetti western, and it’s wonderful to have the opportunity to perform this beautiful concert at home in Co. Louth.” Annemarie McGahon, Violist.

“Morricone has written some amazing vocal compositions, and it’s really exciting to share the versatility of the music he has written for voice with you all.” Katy Kelly, Soprano.

“As an Italian musician, I’m very proud of showcasing one of the most prolific film composers we’ve ever had in Italy. It’s a real privilege to have the chance to give voice to Morricone’s tunes, they never stop moving us!” Davide Forti, Cello.

“It was an honour to arrange some of Morricone’s amazing pieces for this tour and
we can’t wait to show you the incredible beauty of his music.” Francesca De Nardi, Violin.
