A young 70 with over 55 years on the road, Don Baker is a true legend of Irish music. An extraordinary harmonica player, singer-songwriter, and actor, Don has shared the stage with the likes of Tom Jones and Van Morrison, and starred alongside Daniel Day-Lewis in the Oscar-nominated In the Name of the Father. Bono of U2 calls him “the greatest harmonica player in the world.”
In 2022, Don released his first ever collection of harmonica instrumentals — a body of work recorded over four decades — alongside a powerful feature in TG4’s award-winning documentary series Finné, chronicling his remarkable life and career.
With a back catalogue now licensed internationally by ZYX Music Germany, Don continues to enchant audiences with the raw soul, energy, and emotion that have defined his music for over half a century.
Don’t miss this rare chance to see one of Ireland’s most iconic performers live in the intimate surrounds of Sea Church, Ballycotton.
